Managing Permissions

Administrators can control user access via the Permissions Page, allowing them to view, add, and modify user roles as needed.

  • Viewing Permissions
The Permissions Page offers an overview of all users and their assigned roles, along with the dates when roles were assigned. This provides administrators with a clear view of access levels and ensures accurate role management.

  • Adding Users
New users can be added by selecting "Add People" entering the necessary details, and assigning a role (Manager or Viewer). Once added, users appear in the permissions list with their assigned access level.

  • Revoking Permissions
To revoke access, administrators simply select the "Revoke" option next to the user in the Permissions list. However, the Owner’s role cannot be revoked by anyone else, maintaining leadership integrity.

  • Filtering Permissions
For large teams, administrators can filter the list of users by role or search for specific individuals, simplifying the management process when many users are involved.
