This policy applies to Group Ambassadors for Jira / Confluence Server and Data Center.

Please note that Group Ambassadors App does not collect any data while you're using it. All information around your configuration is stored in your Jira instance and is not shared or collected anywhere else.

 

  • On Jira Server or Data Center we use Active Objects which are generic SQL tables installed locally in your database along with the Group Ambassadors App

 

Customer data is collected through Atlassian Marketplace only when evaluating or purchasing Group Ambassadors (Name, company name, email address, Jira license tier and Jira hosting type). This information is collected by Atlassian and can be retrieved for support purpose only. That information is not shared with any other party.
