Budget - Reports
The Reports feature in Chronova allows users to generate, view, and share project reports that provide detailed insights into project budgets, costs, labor, and expenses. These reports are essential for tracking project performance and ensuring efficient resource management.
Accessing Reports
Reports can be accessed by navigating to the Reports section from the main menu.
Apps => Chronova => Reports
The reports list view displays the following key information:

Actions available for each report, such as viewing or performing further actions
A search bar at the top of the page allows users to quickly find specific reports.

In the Create Report window:
Enter a Report Name.

Report Overview Page
After generating the report, the Report Overview page displays key metrics and visual insights:
The Total Budget, Remaining Budget, and Total Cost are shown at the top of the report.
A comparison between Spent vs Allocated Budget by Project is provided through a chart.
Total Expense and Labor Costs are broken down into a clear visual format.
A table labeled Projects Insight provides detailed data, including budget, expenses, and the remaining budget for each project.
The report can be exported in multiple formats, including PDF, PNG, JPEG, or SVG, by selecting the export option on the page.
Sharing and Collaboration
To share reports with other users, click on the Invite People option. In the invite window, select users to collaborate on the report. Invited users can view the report and change the Date Range, but they cannot invite others.
Additional Information
Reports can include data from multiple projects, allowing a comprehensive view of progress across various teams. However, only monetary-based projects can be selected when creating a report. Users who have been invited to a report have the ability to modify the report's date range, but sharing permissions remain restricted.
